Volunteer Form for North American Gratitude Tenshug to H.H. The Dalai Lama

- Enter all the required information.
- Read NATA Tenshug Rules and Regulations, also available with your Tsokpa/Kyiduk/PTA representatives.
- Submit your application at Tibetan Community Hall, NY before June 15, 2015 with:
- Two Passport sized photos
- Copy of valid ID (Driver License/State ID/Passport)
- Letter of Support/Reference Letter from your Tsokpa/Kyiduk/PTA.
Note:
Your application will not be approved until all the Instructions for Tenshug Volunteers have been followed. Copies of Tenshug Volunteer application Forms are also available at Tibetan Community Hall, NY.
Approval Process:
When all of your volunteer application materials have been received before June 15, 2015, the NATA Volunteer Sub-Committee will confirm your approval by sending you an email or Reminder Text.
