Green Book

The existence of Chatrel symbolizes the Tibetan people’s recognition of CTA as their legitimate representative. Chatrel payment exhibits Tibetan people’s support for CTA’s financial needs until Tibet regains freedom. A Chatrel Fund is an important source of revenue for CTA and it goes towards supporting various projects and activities benefiting the exiled Tibetan community.

TCNYNJ ID

TCNYNJ is the oldest Tibetan organization in the United States. We aspire to fulfill His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s vision to have a governing body to care of the needy and the less fortunate in the community; to groom future Tibetan leaders to represent Tibet and issues relating to the Tibetan cause and the people; and to work with Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) in promoting and maintaining the unique Tibetan culture, language and identity.
